We are seeking an experienced organised procurement officer to join our growing company. In this position, you will be sourcing negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet the company’s operational requirements. In order to strategies with team members to out procurement expenses, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining and updating supplier information
• Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
• Building and maintaining good relationships with review and existing suppliers
• Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delievry schedules and quality
• Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
• Developing and implementing a procurement strategy
• Ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives
• Analyses data reports and statistics on spending and saying
• Attending meetings and trade conferences
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in procurement, business finance, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
