Job Description


Setters Investment Limited is seeking to recruit Process & Shared Service Specialist.

Responsibilities

•Lead the fullcycle implementation, customisation and optimisation of kingdee K3 ERP across Ghana operations (Wassa & Mpohor), ensuring seamless integration between Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Asset Management modules
•Configure the K3 system to handle dual-currency transaction processing with automated exchange rate reconciliation
•Establish real-time data synchronization between K3 system and Chinese headquarters financial systems, ensuring that consolidations comply with both PRC GAAP and Ghanaian tax regulations
•Develop and maintain API bridges between K3 system and Chinese payment platforms (such as Alipay Corporate, WeChat Enterprise Pay and cross-border settlement systems) to facilitate rapid vendor settlements and expatriate reimbursements
•Implement workflow approval engine to mirror company’s authorisation hierarches reducing manual intervention and audit exceptions
•Lead the migration from manual paper-based submissions to fully digital audit-ready process trails using K3’s document attachment and version control features
•Establish automated performance dashboards monitoring metrics ticket closure rate, reimbursement turnaround, inventory turnover and compliance deviation indices
•Develop and maintain an operational risk register specifically for cross-border service delivery, covering currency controls, data sovereignty and regulatory reporting deadlines
•Conduct monthly system audits of user access logs, approval chain integrity and segregation of duties violation using K3’s built-in audit trail module
•Lead change management initiatives to transition Ghanaian staff from local manual processes to a high efficiency-driven digital workflows, including structured training on the K3 system
•Serve as the primary technical liaison between Ghana operations, HQ’s IT team to resolve ERP bugs, implement patches and deploy new modules aligned with group-wide digital transformation roadmaps.

Qualification Required & Experience

•A minimum of BSc in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
•Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP would be a strong advantage
•Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, finance or production modules
•Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with the HQ in Beijing
•Strong business-level English for local reporting and documentation
•Familiarity with Ghanaian labour laws, tax regulations and supply chain compliance standards
•Proven ability to train local staff on ERP systems
•Basic IT support skills (database queries, log analysis) are a plus
