Job Summary
A reputable school is a dynamic and forward-thinking institution committed to academic excellence and the holistic development of every child. We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Principal to provide strategic leadership and ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and school operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
- Lead curriculum implementation and academic improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement school policies and operational plans.
- Promote a positive school culture and student wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safeguarding standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ leadership experience in a reputable school.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
