Job Summary
The Preschool Head will provide instructional leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programmes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the preschool department.
- Supervise preschool teachers.
- Monitor curriculum implementation.
- Support children’s developmental progress.
- Coordinate parent engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- Experience in preschool leadership preferred.
