Job Description

Lead the design and execution of strategic partnerships that engage diaspora communities, and networks. The role focuses on mobilizing diaspora networks, and channels to drive business growth, distribution, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a diaspora partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Onboard new diaspora partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with diaspora associations, investor groups, and networks.
• Create and execute engagement initiatives (events, campaigns, ambassador programmes).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) for partnership activation.
• Track partnership performance, manage reporting, and ensure compliance.
• Build internal capacity on diaspora engagement and support regional teams.
