Job Description

  • You are to report directly all operations activity to the Operations Manager daily and weekly.
  •   You are to coordinate and supervise activities of Patrol supervisors to achieve proper monitoring.
  •   You are expected to lend your voice to further orient Recruit, trained security personnel before they are assigned to any location on appropriate security rules and procedures as per the Site SOP.
  •   Develop and enforce security protocols, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property
  •   Prepare and mark Guard Attendance / Payroll of all locations as at when due.
  •   Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation, and also respond to problems that may occur at locations under your watch.
  •   You are to assign guard duties to security personnel to ensure effective distribution of workload
  •   You are to enforce high discipline among security officers and ensure patrol supervisors carry out same.
  •   Keep track of incidents in order to evaluate them and recommend a course of action to Operations Manager.
  •   Schedule shift patrol with patrol supervisors for adequate area coverage for both day and night shift to ensure a building/property is guarded at all times.
  •   Implement safety and health policies and procedures to protect employees against workplace hazard.
  •   Conducting of surveys for prospective clients when tasked upon irrespective of the location within the country.
  •   You are expected to manage every sensitive information properly to avoid any form of demoralization amongst operational team.
  •   Order from the Admin and Finance department the supply of security tools and equipment required in carrying out security operations.
  •   Prepare and present reports of incidents and ways to limit reoccurrence
  •   Liaise with public law enforcement agencies and fire department in situations where such arises and report to Operations Manager.
  •   Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during high-risk events.
  •   You are expected to liaise with clients from time in line with their request, information or problems.
  •   You are enforcing high standard of discipline among the Security officers at post and at main office.
  •   You are expected to lead by example and focus of the set goals of the organization.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of security officers
  •   Other duties as assigned by management.
