Jiji Online Marketplace Ghana Limited
Position:  Field Sales Executive (Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive in Accra, Tema, Kasoa, and Kumasi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, converting leads into paid customers, and supporting sellers to successfully advertise their products and services on the Jiji platform.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new sellers, SMEs, and business owners within Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, and nearby areas
Engage potential clients through calls, field visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Educate clients on Jiji services and how our platform can support business growth
Support customers to register and create accounts on the Jiji app
Assist clients in creating and publishing adverts on the platform
Promote and sell Jiji paid advertising services such as boost packages
Maintain consistent client engagement to encourage renewals and upgrades
Update client information daily and ensure accurate reporting on CRM tools
Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

Strong passion for sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office; Google tools is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Must own a Smartphone
Reside in and around locations mentioned
