Brief description of Clean Team Ghana
Clean Team Ghana (CTG) is a social enterprise dedicated to bringing vital in-home sanitation services to low-income residents of Kumasi. We offer improved sanitation, convenience, and dignity, whilst offering cost savings to this underserved sector. CTG provides a container-based service whereby the customer pays a monthly service fee and the waste is removed from the home regularly by our professional waste collection team.

Key responsibilities*
Maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network systems to ensure that they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization.
Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems to ensure that they are up-to-date and secure.
Managing and monitoring network security to protect against data breaches and cyber-attacks.
Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure that data is secure and can be recovered in the event of a system failure or other disaster.
Providing technical support and training to end-users to help them understand and use computer systems and software effectively.
Maintaining inventory of hardware and software, and making recommendations for upgrades and replacements as necessary.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that IT systems are integrated with other business processes and are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and evaluating new hardware and software solutions to determine if they would be beneficial to the organization.
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulations, such as data privacy laws, industry-specific regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure that IT systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Eligibility criteria*

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science

Minimum of 2 years working experience in:

1. Cloud computing
2. Hardware and operating systems
3. Programming / Software design (basic skills)

Good communication and writing skills
