We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Office Supervisor to manage and streamline the administrative and operational functions of our busy office.

Job Overview:

The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the office, ensuring that systems and processes are implemented effectively. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate tasks, liaise with suppliers, and manage transportation logistics. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong IT proficiency, and a flexible approach to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management
  • Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication and managing supplier performance to achieve value for the business.
  • Transport Management: Overseeing the management and coordination of company transport
  • IT and Systems Proficiency: Utilization of MS Office and Google Doc applications. Leveraging social media platforms to promote the business
  • Reporting and Accounting
  • Team Collaboration
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (essential).

Experience and Skills:

•            Proven experience in office management or a supervisory role.

•            IT literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Doc applications.

•            Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in business promotion.

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•            Demonstrated ability to implement systems and structures effectively.

•            Experience in liaising with suppliers and managing transport logistics.
