Job Description


A reputable firm in Accra is looking for a professional to fill the role of Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • General bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Make statutory payments
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Receive and host clients and visitors professionally
  • Respond to telephone enquiries
  • Monitor and purchase supplies along with organizing supplies and office records
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
  • Liaise with facility management to ensure professional appearance of office through organization
  • And any other task assigned by Head of institution

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite(word, PowerPoint, excel, outlook etc)
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Hands on experience with office machinery
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Degree holder in any field with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Should have completed National Service
  • Candidate must reside within East Legon and its environs including Adjiringanor, Adenta, Madina, Legon, Spintex, Haatso, Ogbojo.
