Job Description


Midwife Nurse (Ghana) – Relocation to Saudi Arabia (Saudi Ministry of Health)

The Saudi Ministry of Health is seeking experienced Midwife Nurses from Ghana to relocate to Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Midwife Nurse and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic midwifery care to pregnant women throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and examinations to monitor the health and progress of mothers and newborns.
  • Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers and infants.
  • Administer medications and pain relief as required, following established protocols.
  • Educate and counsel expectant mothers and families on prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal care for mothers and infants.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
  • Monitor and manage complications or emergencies during pregnancy, labor, or postpartum period.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with specialized training in Midwifery.
  • Valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Midwife Nurse.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in a culturally diverse environment.
