About the Role

Dynamic Data Solution LTD (dds55) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Operations Manager to lead and maintain the company’s network infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring network security, efficiency, and scalability while supporting our organisation’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Management – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network components.
• Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Proactively monitor network performance, resolve issues, and work with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Network Security – Implement security policies, manage firewalls, and respond to security incidents to protect the organisation’s infrastructure.
• Capacity Planning – Assess current and future network demands, plan upgrades, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Vendor & Service Provider Management – Select and manage network service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Team Leadership & Training – Lead and mentor a team of network professionals, fostering skill development and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in network administration, operations, or systems engineering
• Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or MCSE
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and cloud networking
• Experience in leading network teams and managing large-scale network infrastructures
