  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Driver Operations, Customer Support, and Policy to improve overall rider experience in Ghana
  5. Run experiments and track outcomes to improve affordability perception, reliability, and overall rider satisfaction in the Accra market

  3. Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders, being comfortable pushing for action across teams.
  4. Evidence of autonomy and ownership as a self-starter who thrives with high responsibility and autonomy.
  5. Professional fluency in English and ideally a local language in Ghana
  6. SQL: experience is a plus, and willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  7. Experience in roles combining analytics and cross-functional stakeholder management (e.g., finance business partnering, commercial/ops strategy, consulting, marketplace operations).
  8. Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders (e.g., GM, Regional Ops).]

  1. Experience designing or optimising campaigns, funnel performance, incentives, or growth tactics.
  2. Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where prioritization and rapid experimentation are key.
