Job Summary

•Responsible for prospecting, formation and training of groups
•Prospect for loan customers, appraise loan as well as undertake daily loan recovery exercise
•Supervision of Mobile Bankers (Susu Collectors), reconciliation of passbooks as well as customer visitation and loan recovery

Qualification Required & Experience

•A minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional (Part II or above) qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA etc
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance activities
•Relative experience in any banking operations role will be an added advantage

Competencies & Skills

•Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•Knowledge in T24 banking software will be an added advantage
•Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism & adhere to ethical standards
•Self-motivated, analytical & attentive to details
•Good numeracy and coordination skills
•Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motor riding license
•Must be between the ages of 25 years – 30 years at the time of application
