Job Description
A reputable institution in the hospitality industry in Ho (Volta Region), is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of Marketing and Sales Manager
- Responsible for advertising and selling of hotel product and create competitive advantage for the hotel in the market industry
- Generate unique sales plans, cresting engaging advertisements, emails and promotional literature
- Develop pricing strategies and meeting and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
- Effectively represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors and industry trends.
- Any other duties as required
Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Appreciable working experience in marketing
- Should be able to set goals and achieve them
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Have persuasion and negotiating skills
