The Marketing Manager is a team player to effectively create strategy for Shalina brands to establish TOM (Top of the Mind) brand identity at customer/consumer level in a profitable manner.

Key deliverables:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
• Plan and implement ATL (Radio advert, OOH, TroTro branding) & BTL such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
• Assist in creating & monitoring product advertising & brand assets.
• Provide regional insights for marketing asset development.
• Liaise with Media houses, media partners and vendors for asset development & deployment.
• Co-work with sales team for promotional mechanism, special offers, in-store display and POS materials.
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer & consumer requirements
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Plan and execute new product launches.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role
• Experience in healthcare / personal care in the FMCG industry would be an advantage
• Analytical /Market research skills
• Basic A/W & Print knowledge
• IT skills – MS office
