Job Description
Job Role:
• Bank account management, investment management, collections at various branches and forecasting duties.
• Supervise & review the reconciliation of all bank accounts to cash books by SSH
Ensure that cash and bank balances always tally per SLAs without long overdue outstanding items
• Pursue a least cost operator in terms of charges for banking services.
• Review & check the accuracy of interest and bank charges and maintain an interest register
• Review FX report and ensure revaluation of FX bank accounts balances processed by SSH.
• Ensure timely & speedily processing of transfers by the banks.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation for all transfers.

• Monitor FX needs and making available FX for the payments of offshore suppliers.
• Ensure the reconciliation of all cash balances to GL and the generation of reports.
• Maintain and develop banking relationships while managing covenants.
• Ensure enough funds are available on a daily basis to meet MTN Ghana’s payables processed by SSH.
• Oversee the use of financial instruments and debt instruments.
Verification for validity of charges and other transfer commissions.

Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
• A Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional qualification in ACCA/CA/CIB a must
Experience:
• 5 years of relevant experience with at least three years in a supervisory role.
