Job Summary
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsible for managing inventory levels, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationships to support the company’s operations and strategic objectives.

Job Role
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to support the company’s overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain activities with sales forecasts, production schedules, and financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement within the supply chain.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
• Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
• Implement supplier performance management processes to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualification Required & Experience
Education
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Por related field;
• Professional certification is a must.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related roles, with a proven track record in managing supply chain operations. Out of which 3 years must have been in a supervisory role.
