Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Dispatch and Information Specialist(French Speaking) to coordinate transport-related activities in Takoradi. This role ensures timely and effective transport planning and coordination of customs activities amongst cross-border custom officials and transporters reducing common challenges that arise in domestic and cross-border transportation and equally being at par with modern economic transport standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the front-end planning team to match vehicle schedules with weekly plans.

Coordinate with external drivers and back-end customs clearance warehouses to track all stages

of end customs clearance warehouses to track all stages of the process, including vehicle arrival,

loading, locking, in-transit status, customs clearance, and unloading. Research external market information and provide timely updates on market changes to the transportation department for decision-making reference.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the logistics(manufacturing) industry.
• Proficient in French, able to communicate fluently with French-speaking drivers.
• Relevant knowledge of the Ghanaian transportation market.
