Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is hiring diligent and detail-oriented Laundry and Dry Cleaning Personnel to ensure that all guest linens, uniforms, and hotel fabrics are cleaned, dried, and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fabric care and operate both industrial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, iron, and fold guest clothing, hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms.
• Operate industrial laundry machines and dry-cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Treat stains and identify the appropriate cleaning methods for different fabric types.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of guest laundry items.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area.
• Report maintenance issues with laundry equipment promptly.
• Ensure laundry is completed in a timely manner and returned as scheduled.
• Adhere to hotel quality and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel laundry or dry-cleaning services is preferred.
• Familiarity with laundry chemicals and equipment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and care in handling guest items.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Accommodation to be provided

Working Hours: Full-time, with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
