8.1 JOB PURPOSE:

• To provide operational support for the effective and efficient management of the Estates functions of the Agency.

8.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loads and offloads goods/materials.
• Performs menial/manual duties.
• Keep the office environment clean.
• Performs horticultural duties.
• Cleans office premises, kitchenette and official residences.
• Collaborates with the security unit to keep the office premises secured.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of WASSCE/SSSCE.
• Must be physically fit.

8.4 COMPETENCIES

• Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and good ethical standards.
• Knowledge in health and safety standards.
• Cleanliness.
• Good manners and comportment.
