Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Accra. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal support to various departments, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include attending meetings, offering legal advice, and assisting with contract negotiations. The Junior Lawyer will also help in dispute resolution and maintain up-to-date records of legal cases.

Qualifications

• Legal research and contract drafting skills
• Experience in compliance and regulatory affairs
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Admitted to the bar in Ghana
