• Oversee ibis Styles’ local network, computers, software & systems
• Act as 1st level support to fix & repair IT-related incidents & user requests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of all ICT & multimedia systems & equipment
• Assist in-house guests on IT related matters
• Monitor the performance of systems and equipment, troubleshooting, data backup and restoration.
• Responsible for the enforcement of IT standards and policies from Accor such as users’ rights, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, asset and inventory management

• Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in systems administration (Network systems, PABX, Office 365, POS, Opera)
• University degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Cisco certification or equivalent experience (CCNA, CCNP, A+, etc)
• Cloud computing certification or equivalent experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
