We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems (Data Centre Precision Cooling units, DX comfort units e.t.c.). The HVAC technician will be skilled-in / perform the following tasks: installations, preventive and corrective maintenances / repairs of HVAC systems.

Customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment (Data Centre Precision Cooling units, DX comfort units e.t.c.)  Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing of HVAC systems.
• Working with the support of HVAC Systems OEM on fresh installations and repairs.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Generate reports for all preventive and corrective maintenance works carried-out.
• Carry-out prospective job surveys relating to HVAC systems and generate reports for same.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.  Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
• Assisting with customers’ queries.

HVAC Technician Requirements:

• Diploma in HVAC Systems or suitable equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years working experience as an HVAC technician (Precision Cooling Systems)  Willingness to continuous learning process on the job.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Computer-literacy
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work at height.
