Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding.
• Lead talent acquisition campaigns and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across Africa and the diaspora.
• Oversee employee lifecycle operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and values alignment, supporting an environment where employees thrive.
• Design and implement HR policies that support equity, transparency, and sustainability.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in hiring and team-building processes.
• Monitor and evaluate team capacity, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR regulations across operating regions.
