Job Description
A 35 year old reputable company Accra is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development
Job Purpose
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and retention processes
• Foster a positive work environment and company culture
• Ensure compliance with labour law and regulations
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR software and systems
• Professional HR certificate
