We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive Human Resource Officer to help build and manage our growing team.

POSITION: Human Resource (HR) Officer

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit technicians, apprentices and office staff
•Manage staff records and employment contracts
•Create HR policies and staff handbook
•Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline
•Handle staff onboarding and training coordination
•Manage leave schedules and performance reviews
•Support payroll preparation and staff welfare
•Ensure staff follow company rules and procedures

Qualification Required & Experience

•Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
•Minimum 1–2 years HR/Admin experience
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to handle confidential information
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Docs
•Must live near Adenta
