Job Description


Our company, a reputable betting company in Ghana is searching for a motivated and experienced HR & Administration Manager. The role is a fusion of Human Resources and Administration. The prospective applicant will be expected to manage employees and provide professional administrative assistance towards ensuring the smooth running of the company and its network
of shops.

THE ROLE

• Corporate Administration
• Office Management
• Shops Administration
• Leave Management
• Stock Management
• Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
• Maintain a filing system

THE REQUISITE SKILLS

• Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law, office policies and procedures
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Qualification:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR,
Administration or any related field.
Working Experience: At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.

Location: Accra
