Position Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and overall comfort of our guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest clothing.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Maintain guest privacy and security while working in occupied rooms.
• Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Cape Coast or nearby areas.
• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to make beds neatly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Polite, respectful, and guest-service oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
