Summary

•We are seeking a highly competent Health & Safety Supervisor with a Master’s degree and minimum 3 years of safety management experience to support safety operations across the factory. This role is responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
•Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
•Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
•Deliver safety training and induction programs for staff.
•Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Act and safety regulations.
•Maintain safety records and documentation.
•Support emergency response planning and drills.
•Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections.

Required Qualifications

•Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years experience in safety management, preferably in manufacturing.
•Strong knowledge of Ghana safety regulations and international standards.
•Certification in NEBOSH or IOSH is an advantage.
•Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
