Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Headmaster to lead our school into its next phase of growth and innovation. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure high teaching and learning standards, and maintain a safe, disciplined, and inspiring environment for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide overall leadership and management of the school’s academic and administrative functions.
– Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff to achieve set goals.
– Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to national education standards.
– Promote discipline, moral development, and academic excellence among students.
– Engage with parents, the community, and stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and partnerships.
– Manage school resources efficiently and transparently.
– Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or related field; a Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in a leadership or administrative role in a recognized school.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana Education Service (GES) policies and curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in driving academic performance and managing school operations.
