Role: Head of Recovery

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all loan recovery operations and strategies
• Develop and implement recovery policies and action plans
• Monitor non-preforming loans and ensure effective follow-up
• Lead negotiations and restructuring for major delinquent accounts
• Supervise and guide recovery team to achieve set targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in credit recovery or collections, with 5+ years in a Senior Management role
• Excellent leadership, communications and analytical skills
