A reputable and full-service integrated marketing communications company with a solid backbone persons for the following vacancy: Head, Digital Marketing & Innovations

Purpose of the job

• The job involves strategic leadership of the brands creative and design teams.
• The role could involve strategic planning of product designs, develop and implement a global design strategy, communicating that strategy and managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day innovation strategy, culture and portfolio of the department
• Be responsible for setting the vision, goals and priorities for innovation whiles aligning them with the overall business strategy and values
• Create and foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and empowering employees to generate, test and implement new ideas
• Manage the innovation portfolio, which consist of the projects, initiatives and programs that aim to deliver innovative solution to clients and the public (design, build and maintain our social media presence)
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the innovation portfolio and allocate resources and support accordingly
• Lead creative brainstorming/innovative sessions to generate ideas after which you will write, design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients needs as well as out own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, be responsible for the innovative and creative philosophy across the department and provide feedback to the team
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Develop innovative ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns and present to directors in-house

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Art Design/Advertising wit approximately 3 to 5 years experience, agency experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Adobe creative suite
• Extensive experience with photography, basic knowledge of presenting creative work
• Demonstrate outstanding creative and conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean and visually strong
• Ability to creatively adapt a master brand in beautiful and meaningful way
• Experience working on integrated campaigns that span com, social, video, email and physical spaces
