Donewell Insurance Limited is seeking to recruit Head of Channels.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement and monitor multi-channel marketing activities aligned with company objectives
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse results to measure performance and optimise strategies
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and insight to innovate and identify effective marketing channels
• Manage relationships with vendors, external teams and stakeholders to ensure success
• Create and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost effectiveness
• Assist in developing marketing content, including design, copy and visuals
• Streamline processes, enhance communication channels and leverage technology to optimise channel operations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong leadership, problem solving and time management capabilities
• Strong understanding of current industry trends and changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Technical knowledge and proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience in related fields
• A Bachelor’s Degree in the social sciences or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field
• A professional qualification in marketing will be an advantage
• Knowledge in insurance is an advantage
