Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Trainee at Ghana Web Designs Co. Ltd. The Graduate Trainee will work at our Kumasi office and will have the flexibility to work remotely some days. The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for supporting the team in website design and development, digital advertising, content creation, and social media management. The Graduate Trainee will also be trained in digital marketing techniques, web development, and design.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passionate about digital marketing and website design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in web design or digital marketing is a plus
