Brief description of Clean Team Ghana
Clean Team Ghana (CTG) is a social enterprise dedicated to bringing vital in-home sanitation services to low-income residents of Kumasi. We offer improved sanitation, convenience, and dignity, whilst offering cost savings to this underserved sector. CTG provides a container-based service whereby the customer pays a monthly service fee and the waste is removed from the home regularly by our professional waste collection team.

Sighting of monthly allocations
Routine inspection of on-going works
Verification of Completed works
Maintain and manage project inventory.
Supervise supplies to the Beneficiaries household.
Undertake Geo-tagging of completed works
Lead KMA Inspection Team
Lead the Team during seeding
Collate Beneficiaries/Artisans complaints for the attention of line Manager for prompt resolution.
Entry level, apply if you have minimal working experience in the related field below
Degree/HND in building construction or its equivalent in related fields.
Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in document control management
Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to learn/use GIS applications to identify customers, plan material supplies & optimize routes for high efficiency
Excellent problem-solving skills
Motivated and able to maintain excellent teamwork and bonding
Good at managing inventory and supplies.
Must be able to ride a motorbike or willing to learn the riding of a motorbike.
Fluent in written and spoken English and TWI.
Daily and Weekly Activities of the Project Supervisor*
Responsible for managing the project Construction tracker
Responsible for managing the project Stock Tracker
Responsible for undertaking material request
Responsible for undertaking funds funds request
Responsible for assigning allocations to the Artisans
Responsible for mapping out GKMA allocations for sighting
Responsible for undertaking spot checks during toilet construction
Responsible for mapping out completed toilets for Inspection by the GKMA Inspection Team
Responsible for documenting issues during inspection for corrections
Responsible for Mapping out inspected toilets for Geotagging and seeding.
Responsible for submitting weekly and monthly Project progress report
Responsible for the general management of the Team and project Assets.
Responsible for managing relationship with project stakeholders (i.e GKAM PCU, Vendors, CTG management and Casual workers)
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
