Position: French Teacher
Location: East Legon Hills, Greater Accra Region, Ghana

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Language Instruction
   • Teach French language skills including listening, speaking,  reading, and writing at various proficiency levels.
   • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the  national curriculum.
2. Curriculum Development & Assessment
   • Design, prepare, and update instructional materials and resources tailored to       student needs.
   • Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students’      progress.
   • Provide regular feedback to students and maintain records of performance.
3. Classroom Management
   • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
   • Encourage students’ participation, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation.
   • Address student queries and learning difficulties effectively.
4. Cultural Exposure & Enrichment
   • Introduce students to Francophone cultures, literature, and traditions.
   • Organize cultural activities, language clubs, or excursions to enhance practical   language use.
5. Professional Development & Collaboration
   • Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development training.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
6. Administrative Duties
   • Maintain accurate attendance and grading records.
   • Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
   • Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in French (native or fluent).
• Teaching certification or degree in French language, education, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Passion for teaching and fostering a love for the French language.
