Currently, Voltic (GH) Limited has expanded its portfolio to cover Value Added Dairies. This role reports directly to the Fleet Manager. It is the responsibility of the job holder to ensure that the Company has a safe and reliable pool of Company drivers. This position ensures that all Company drivers are trained and assessed on a regular basis, to ensure that the drivers are equipped to drive Company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. The Primary objective of this role will be to imbibe the Saftey culture in drivers and assess driver capability against a set of standards.
