Position Summary And Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Finance Analyst will report to department manager and will be responsible for auditing and approving PCards reconciliations as per the corporate requirements, sending the reminders to card users about not delivered documentation, cooperation with The PCARd administrator regarding card suspension
• Receiving, sorting, coding for VAT purposes and scanning AP invoices into AP ERP system on timely manner as per corporate policy and procedures
• Preparation for scanning Received employee T&E Claims, scanning them and sending the information to Accenture
• Receiving and escalating to AP any collection letters.
• Answer incoming calls from internal and external parties.
• Archiving the documents received after scanning
• Cooperate with all stakeholders regarding the information on received and scanned documents
• Preparation of the matrix information about quantities of the documents received and scanned

Basic Qualification

• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Basic knowledge of invoicing-how the invoice should look like, what are the elements of the invoice
• Attention to detail
• English knowledge that allows the written and spoken communication, basic knowledge of another foreign language will be an advantage
• Good organizational skills
