Job Description

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS / AASB / GAAP).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings.
- Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries.
Inventory and Accounts Payable
- Process month close activities in ERP
- Run reports
- Ensure interfaces are complete and free of errors
- Prepare monthly AP SL to General ledger reconciliation and resolve variances
Accounts Payable
- Process month close activities in ERP

- Ensure interfaces are complete and free of errors

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ) and advanced Excel skills.
