Job Description


Excellence Publication and Stationery Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced Finance and Administrative Manager to oversee financial operations and support administrative functions. If you’re a Chartered Accountant with proficiency in financial management and a solid understanding of QuickBooks (preferred), we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and monitor expenses to maintain financial health.

Accounting and Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Supervise the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
  • Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and productivity.

Staff Management:

  • Oversee and support the finance and administrative team.
  • Ensure team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in financial management, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
