Job Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Enumerators to collect data for our upcoming research projects. Enumerators will conduct face-to-face interviews, administer surveys, and ensure accurate and reliable data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires.
• Accurately record responses using electronic data collection tools.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Report daily progress to field supervisors.
• Adhere to ethical standards and project protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Prior experience in data collection or fieldwork is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability to travel and work flexible hours.
