1. Equipment Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, water supply/drainage, and low-voltage systems.
• Record operating data and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure safe and stable equipment operation.

2. Repair & Troubleshooting

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and diagnose issues.
• Perform minor repairs (e.g., lighting replacement, pipe blockage, wiring faults).
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs when necessary.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all equipment operation procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure fire protection systems remain in good working condition.
• Participate in handling emergency incidents (power outage, leakage, fire alarm, etc.).

4. Documentation & Records

• Maintain equipment asset lists, maintenance logs, repair records, and inspection reports.
• Assist in updating technical documents and maintenance procedures.

5. Energy Management

• Monitor consumption of electricity, water, and gas.
• Propose and assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives.

6. Cross-Department Support

• Work with Customer Service to resolve tenant/resident technical issues.
• Assist Engineering Supervisor with temporary tasks and renovation projects.
