We are hiring experienced professionals to join the founding team of a prestigious new four-star hotel opening soon in Tema. If you are passionate about excellence, thrive in high-performance environments and have a proven track record in hospitality, we invite you to apply for the following key position: Executive Housekeeper / Rooms Division Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• 5+ years of housekeeping or rooms division experience in a four-star or above brand
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Fluent in English
• Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage, especially in procurement, SOP development and team building from scratch
