A leading roofing manufacturing company is seeking for the services of An Estimator who will make things happen on a daily basis. This includes the following duties:

Job Description

• Manage all phases of the estimating process (roofing, repairs, restoration, sheet metal, etc.)
• be able to climb and measure roofs and generate quantities of roofing sheets from the measurements
• Determine the appropriate projects to price. Maintain bid calendar and price project
• Help the sales team develop roofing solutions and price projects for the sales team
• to be able to read plans and generate roofing sheets quantities from the plan.
• be able to install roofing sheets can also apply.
• have knowledge in self-lock, standing seam, and other long span roofing sheets calculations.
• be able to fix leakages in a roof
• be able to look for clients and convince them to buy the company’s roofing sheets.
• have a minimum of 1 year of working experience with a roofing company as an estimator or installer.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Construction HND, CTC 1, CTC II or CTC III
• A year’s experience estimating commercial roofing projects (new construction, re-roofs, restoration, and repairs).
• Proven track record of building high-performance teams.
• Confident in client facing atmosphere and site visits
• Applicants residing within the Adenta-Dodowa enclave is an advantage
