Job Description

This role is individually accountable for signing up policies and assisting a variety of clients through telephonic and social media channels, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct social media and telephonic sales with customers.
• Meet daily production standards and uphold service quality benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to business, process, and compliance guidelines.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal departments, intermediaries, and sales advisors.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships via social media and telephone communications.
• Conduct quality checks on own work and maintain service excellence standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
• Inform clients of requirements, procedures, and provide assistance with inquiries or feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Sales Experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
