Job Responsibilities

• Provide a visible management presence while on duty
• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Conduct briefing for all staff during the night shift
• Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
• Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate from office activities with other departments

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, hospitality or related courses
• Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in similar position
• Good communication and organizational skills
• General Administrative
• Experience in 4/5 star hotel
• PMS knowledge – EZEE/OPERA
• Ability to multitask
