As a Driver at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will be responsible to transport passengers, products, or materials safely and efficiently. The Driver will ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle condition, and comply with traffic laws and company policies.

Key Deliverables:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or products
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers, products, or materials
• Load and unload items when required, ensuring proper handling
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in good working condition
• Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and delivery documentation
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers or passengers

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

• WASSCE Certificate or equivalent often required.
• Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle type)
• Proven experience as a driver preferred
