Tap & Hop is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Device Assistance Officer to join our growing team in Kumasi. This role is ideal for someone skilled in troubleshooting, supporting device users, and ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for company devices and related hardware.
• Assist Drivers with device setup, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor device performance and ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.
• Maintain accurate device inventory and update records as new devices are issued or returned.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company IT and device-usage policies.
• Report recurring technical issues to management and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of mobile devices, POS systems, and basic IT operations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in device/IT support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
