SUSTAINABLE CITIES PROJECT (PHASE I)
ASSIGNMENT TITLE: DEVELOPMENT OF THE GHANA URBAN OBSERVATORY DIGITAL PLATFORM
Reference NO: 25-AOO-S036
The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MLGCRA) with support from Expertise France is implementing the Sustainable Cities Project (Phase 1) with funding from the European Union. The Project intends to apply some of the proceeds of the funds to procure consulting services of a firm to develop an Urban Observatory Digital Platform.
This call for proposal follows the general procurement notice that appeared on PLACE website (Platform for the French government’s procurements) on September 19, 2025.
The Sustainable Cities Project now invites eligible firms (not individual consultants) to submit technical and financial proposals in providing the services. Interested firms can access the terms of reference along with other information for submitting bids from this link: https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr/app.php/entreprise/consultation/2850464?orgAcronyme=s2d.
Interested firms must submit their proposals no later than Monday, October 20, 2025 before 4:30 PM (Ghana time).
